During the three years, DAS Solutions has witnessed significant growth, more than tripling our sales and number of clients. Our current team is composed of friendly, dedicated, and experienced business development professionals who understand how important their role is for the future of our company. We want to expand our team with 2 sales seniors in order to be able to reach an even wider audience and deliver our message to potential clients from the US, Europe, and Asia.

Role Description

We seek proactive, motivated, open-minded, and hardworking persons to join our sales team and hit the ground running. Previous experience is a plus, but training is available for the right individuals. We look for enthusiasm, curiosity, and desire to grow along with our company.

Requirements:

Completed university degree (preferably with a business/management/marketing/IT background).
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) - This is crucial, and will be tested.

Will be an advantage:

Previous work experience in a similar role for an IT company
Working knowledge of other languages of the EU
Studies completed abroad

Key responsibilities:

Prospecting new clients in specific markets
Working with CRM and nurturing leads from one phase to the next
Sending email campaigns
Performing phone and Skype calls
Creating personalized commercial offers
Managing documentation with new and existing customers
Complete personal Sales Targets
Close communication with the customer and technical team/Project manager in order to prepare a commercial offer and to complete the project
Prepare reporting as needed
