Key Responsibilities

- Liaising with partners and sources of new business to identify all business opportunities and deal progression;
- Updating business forecasting spreadsheets on a monthly basis;
- Undertaking regular reviews of competitor activity and market intelligence, providing reports / presentations of risks and opportunities, capturing new trends etc
- Pricing of new business opportunities;
- Formulating, managing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns;
- Maintaining and monitoring Media relations;

Person Specification

• University degree in Finance or Economics;
• Minimum of 4/ 5 years experience in the financial services sector, in a managerial or leading role;
• Good knowledge of customer business reality;
• Good analytical skills in portfolio management;
• Strong knowledge of leasing companies products;
• Ability to challenge and change the existing processes in order to increase business efficiency and effectiveness;
• Customer oriented and the ability to produce commercial and business solutions;
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills;
• Sales driven, analytical and positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, both written and spoken
• Must enjoy working in a team environment;
• Drafting skills in Romanian, English and Russian;
• Driver’s License B;
• High level of MS Office and ability to grasp new software easily.
