Gladei & Partners Merit-based Scholarship 2017 - 2018

We appreciate and support performance. Acknowledging the Moldovan State University role in educating legal professionals, Gladei & Partners is offering again a merit-based scholarship in the amount of the 2017-2018 yearly tuition fee.

Eligibility

The applicants shall be the 4th year or LL.M. (master) students of the Law Faculty, Moldovan State University, regular (not distance) learning, with state-budgetary or contractual funding.

Application file

1. The CV containing the average academic grade for the preceding year;
2. An essay on the topic „Notification on economic concentrations – comparative analysis of Moldovan and EU legislation”.
The essay shall not exceed 2 pages, use the 12-point Times New Roman font, 1.1-spaced. The Harvard style of citation shall be used.

Selection process

The selection will be based on the essay. The applicants with the best essays will be invited to plead them before the evaluation commission, consisting of attorneys-at-law Roger Gladei, Aelita Orhei, Viorica Bejan and Iulian Pașatii. The applicants shall make the pleading in 5 minutes and then answer the commission questions.

The applicants shall submit the application file by 31 October 2017 at burse@gladei.md. The essay presentation will be held on 11 November 2017, 12am, in the Sky Tower conference room.
