Overview:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby announces the Expression of Interest for Innovation Challenge Scheme (ICS): Promotion of innovative social entrepreneurship. for all legal entities registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, and invites eligible organizations to submit Concept Proposals for the above-referenced subject.

The application process is organized in two stages: (a) application with a concept and (b) application with a full project. Under the current Expression of Interest, Moldovan established SMEs and NGO's are invited to apply ONLY with concept notes. The application shall be performed exclusively ONLINE on the www.inobiz.md/financial-support/social platform, which is available in English, Romanian and Russian. The application deadline is October 24, 2016, 10:00 Chisinau time. Only pre-selected applicants will be invited to apply with Full Applications.

Basic eligibility criteria for applicant SMEs and all other selection criteria and procedures are described in the attached Guidelines.
