PwC Moldova: Tax and Legal Alert (Moldova) no.6/ 2015: Real estate tax return form
The Main State Tax Inspectorate (“MSTI”) has published an Order approving the new tax return form for real estate tax.
Through this Order the MSTI approved a new tax return form for real estate tax (form BIJ 15) and the instruction for filling it in. Form BIJ 15 has to be submitted by taxpayers starting with the fiscal period of 2015. It replaces the tax returns previously presented, i.e. form BIJ 1, BIJ 13 and FUNJ 13.
