PwC Moldova: Tax and Legal Alert - Registration of VAT payers
The Main State Tax Inspectorate has published an Order which, so as to execute the provisions of art. 112 of the Tax Code, approves:
• the form of Registration certificate of the subject of taxation with VAT; and
• the form of Registration application as VAT payer.
Please note that, as of 1 May 2015, companies have the opportunity to register as VAT payers if they intend to perform taxable supplies of goods or services.
