MCA Moldova: Specific Procurement Notice

This Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) follows the General Procurement Notice posted on United Nations Development Business online at www.devbusiness.com on November 10, 2014, Development Gateway Market at www.dgmarket.com on November 10, 2014, MCA-Moldova website at www.mca.gov.md on November 10, 2014, and published in Monitorul Oficial (Official Gazette) of the Republic of Moldova, and the local newspaper Ekonomicheskoie Obozrenie on November 14, 2014.

The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Republic of Moldova have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in the Republic of Moldova (the “Compact”) in the amount of approximately 262,000,000 USD (“MCC Funding”). The Government, acting through the public institution Millennium Challenge Account – Moldova intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for procurement of Logistic Services for Compact Closeout Activities.

A Supplier will be selected under the Shopping method for procurement of goods and non-consultant services in accordance with MCC Program Procurement Guidelines to be found on MCC website http://www.mcc.gov/pages/business/guidelines.

The Quotations must be submitted not later than 17:30 on April 10, 2015, apart from mode of submission chosen by the Offeror. The Quotations received after this deadline will be rejected.
