Ülar Maapalu, CEO of Julianus Inkasso Group, together with a group of partners will be during March 25 to 26 in a working visit to Moldova.
The purpose of the visit is exchanging of the opinions on the services market of debt collection from Moldova, practices of purchase and sale of debt from telephone and Internet companies, banks, etc.
Ülar Maapalu will participate in a roundtable about payment guarantees in Moldova and bad debt management and will discuss with representatives of the Employers Association of Debt Collection Companies (www.apcd.md) activity practices on EU and requirements applicable to collectors will discuss the need to develop and promote a draft law regarding the debt collection activity in Moldova.
