Supported by Incaso Moldova company, the Embassy of Moldova in Estonia organized on November 5, 2013 an extraordinary concert of the accordionists band "Concertino" from Moldova, in the famous White Hall of Tallinn Philharmonic, built in the 14th century (Brotherhood of Blackheads).

The ensemble was founded on October 18, 2003 by a group of accordionists, students of the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts, led by Eugen NEGRUŢA. “Concertino" became a laureate of 18 international contests.
