Bemol Retail: A promising start for Mihai Cociu at the World Motocross Championship 2012

BEMOL continues to support Mihai Cociu, the young Moldovan motocross talent, in his ascending sport career in 2012. 
With the repeated support of BEMOL, Mihai signed a contract with the Italian KTM Silver Action racing team to attend the MX1 World Championship 2012, participating alongside his team mates: Filip Bengtsson, Roben Kappel, Tim Gajser and Davide Guarneri. 

The 2012 Motocross season has finally started, and Mihai is racing in the MX1 category under his well-known “611” start number.

On April 8th at the Qualification Race for the Grand Prix of the Netherlands Mihai qualified 36th. On the 2nd day of the competition, on April 9th, he managed to climb up 5 spots to the 31st position in the first classification. Later, for the 2nd classification Mihai climbed 3 more spots, ‘landing’ on the 28th spot.

For the GP classification, the Moldavian racer managed to obtain the 29th position in the “Grand Prix of the Netherlands”. That qualifies as a promising start for the Republic of Moldova represented by Mihai who competed against fierce racers from countries such as: Italy, Belgium, France, USA, Germany etc.
