CHISINAU, February 14, 2012 - Banca Comerciala Romana Chisinau has launched a new website. The portal www.bcr.md has a new structure and is focused on customers’ needs.

The new site brings the details about the most requested products and services of the bank to the fore and makes them available to the visitors: credits - Prima Casa BCR, Residential Extra BCR, debit cards, money transfers, savings products - Flexible BCR, Maxicont BCR.

“Following an effort of several months, BCR Chisinau has managed to transform its online platform in one of the most attractive and dynamic of the domestic banking system. Focused on customers’ needs in terms of usability, the platform allows a customer who needs details/advice on a credit product for example, obtaining the necessary information with just a single click. Now everything is much more accessible and convenient for our customers”, Vitalie Arvinte, the head of Marketing, Communication and Community Department at BCR Chisinau stated.

On the other hand, the new site of BCR Chisinau significantly improves the page load time. New columns dedicated to individual entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneurs, SME segment and municipalities have appeared.

The column Press includes new materials of analysis implemented by the BCR Chisinau research team. The columns “About us”, “Careers”, “Investors”, which now contain more information, have been also improved.

“By developing this new solution, BCR Chisinau once again demonstrates the compliance with the needs of their customers, developing the functionalities through which they can be in constant contact with their bank”, Vitalie Arvinte added.
