BCR Chisinau: Individuals benefit from simple credit solutions offered by BCR Chisinau

Chisinau, September 21, 2010. Banca Comerciala Romana Chisinau S.A. is announcing its new offer of credit products for individuals, where credit conditions and terms are adjusted to the needs and resources of Moldovan population.

The new credit products are aimed at covering current financial needs, purchase of goods, and investments into real estate. Thus, to cover current needs, individuals will benefit from financing solutions of up to 100 thousand MDL for up to 3 years. BCR Chisinau also offers credits without collateral of up to 30 thousand MDL for maximum 2 years.

For the purpose of purchasing goods, BCR Chisinau offers credit solutions in the amount of up to 300 thousand MDL for a period of 4 years, and for vehicle purchasing the lending term was increased to maximum 5 years and the amount to up to 500 thousand MDL.

For individuals that would like to invest in real estate, BCR Chisinau comes with optimal financing solutions – up to 15 years with an amount of 1 million MDL. This real estate lending product is aimed at both purchasing housing on the primary and secondary real estate markets, and purchasing land to build housing. Also, individuals that would like to make repairs to their housing can benefit from credits of up to 500 thousand MDL for a period of maximum 5 years.
