AmCham Moldova participated in public consultations organized by the Ministry of Finance on draft normative acts in the field of accounting, financial reporting, and audit of financial statements.

The discussions focused on amendments to the Law on Accounting and Financial Reporting, the National Accounting Standards, the General Chart of Accounts, and the Law on Audit of Financial Statements. AmCham welcomed the fact that many previously submitted proposals were reflected in the drafts and will continue to contribute to developing a clear, modern, and practical framework.
