AmCham Contributed to Discussions on Moldova’s FDI Screening Framework
AmCham Moldova participated in consultations hosted by the Public Services Agency, together with an expert contracted by the EU Delegation, on improving Moldova’s FDI screening framework.
AmCham reiterated proposals related to legal certainty, clearer sector definitions, risk-based review procedures, practical guidelines for investors, and digital tools for submitting and tracking applications.
