PwC Moldova is pleased to invite you to participate in PayWell Moldova 2018 salary & benefits survey!

At its 12th edition, PayWell survey:

• analyses salary levels based on job, sector, geographic region and company size (depending on turnover and number of employees);
• analyses compensation and benefits policies used by companies operating in Moldova.

Why participate in PayWell survey?

As a participant you will benefit of:
• information on monthly salary, annual fixed and variable bonuses granted for general jobs, common to all industries, and specific jobs, for the analysed sectors (i.e. banking, telecommunications, IT, pharmaceuticals, FMCG & Industry, Oil & Gas, etc.);

PwC Moldova va invita sa participati la Studiul salarial si de beneficii PayWell Moldova 2018!

La a 12-a editie a sa, studiul PayWell Moldova:
• analizeaza nivelurile salariale in functie de post, sector, regiune geografica si dimensiunea companiei (cifra de afaceri si numar de angajati);
• analizeaza politici de compensatii si beneficii utilizate de companiile din Moldova.

De ce sa participati?

In calitate de participant veti beneficia de:
• informatii privind salariul lunar, bonusurile anuale fixe si variabile oferite pentru diferite posturi generale, comune tuturor companiilor, si posturi specifice fiecarui sector analizat (i.e. bancar, petrolier, telecomunicatii, tehnologii informationale, farmaceutic, FMCG si industrie, s.a.);
• informatii referitoare la politicile de compensatii: negocieri si cresteri salariale, bonusuri fixe si variabile, politici de evaluare, s.a.;
