AmCham opened the call for applications for the Young Professionals Program

American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova is pleased to formally announce that we are now actively recruiting young specialists to be a part of Young Professionals Program. Young Professionals Program is intended for successful young employees AmCham Member Companies, who have potential to become business leaders. The trainings/ workshops will take place once per month and will be delivered by Top-managers, successful business leaders, trainers from abroad. The most promising  young professionals will be awarded once per year.

The call for applications for the Young Professionals Program is open until March 15, 2012 to candidates who meet the following criteria:

Qualifications & skills required for young employees:

• have potential to become business leaders
• can be role models
• possess ethical principles
•  want to be successful at their work
• are persistent
• want to self develop as a person
• want to upgrade their competences
• age-range 20-35 years
• employee of an AmCham member company

 Documents to be submitted to elenabuzu@amcham.md with notification YPP:

1. Nomination form (to be signed by a leader, manager of the AmCham member company)
2. CV
3. Statement of interest

•   What was your greatest achievement? (max 250 words)
•  What are your career goals? (max 250 words)
•  Describe any positions of responsibility you have held. (max 250 words

      4.  Make a video about yourself ~2 min (it will be an opportunity to demonstrate your communication skills, analytical skills, creativity, flexibility and adaptability)

Participation fee: 100 USD (to be paid by the company after the applicant is accepted).
