Comrat, March 29. Within the seminar on “Doing Business with the USA”, local companies from ATU Gagauzia, Moldova learned about the opportunities for developing trade and business relations with the USA.
The Doing Business with the USA seminar was aimed at providing participants with information about developing trade and business opportunities with the United States, as well as information on how to find U.S. partners and U.S. government resources available to facilitate these opportunities. Participants learned about specialized U.S. government programs targeting business people, including those involved in agribusiness.
The event was opened by HE Mr. William H. Moser, Ambassador of the USA to the Republic of Moldova. Secretary of State of North Carolina, representatives of the U.S. Embassy, Millennium Challenge Account, CNFA and the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova delivered presentations during the seminar on the opportunities offered by various investment and development programs. Local business community learned about specialized U.S. government programs targeting business people, including those involved in agribusiness. The event was organized at the initiative of the U.S. Embassy in Chisinau, the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova, in partnership with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RM in ATU Gagauzia.
