The Human Resources Committee provides a forum for members responsible for managing human resources. The main goal is to bring more attention to HR issues in member companies, to create a platform for thinking together, sharing challenges and getting to solutions by learning from each-other, as well as sharing best practices.

Another important component of the Committee is to ensure a labor legislation matching the social and economic dynamics, responsive to employees’ and employers’ needs and expectations, guaranteeing balanced relationships between employees and employers.
