The event is organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham Moldova) at the initiative of the US Embassy in Moldova and in partnership with CCI of Transdniestria. The seminar will be taken part in by the US Ambassador to Moldova William Moser, representatives of various American programs in Moldova and the US Embassy Trade Attache in Bucharest. Businessmen form the right and the left bank of the Dniester will be informed about resources helpful to establish business partnership between Moldova and the USA.

Representatives of the Embassy of the USA and Am Cham Moldova will present opportunities of doing business between the USA and Moldova, about a role of commerce in business and tell stories of successful cooperation between Moldova companies and their American partners. Participants of the seminar will be told about American special governmental business programs, including those in the agricultural sector, aimed at attracting investors. Participation in the Doing Business with USA the seminar is free of charge. AmCham Moldova is non-profit non-governmental association of private enterprises of Moldova, founded in 120 and embracing 80 members. Its mission is to promote American trade and investments to Moldova, cooperation with the government of Moldova and business leaders to foster a climate more favourable for trade and foreign investments.
