PwC Romania is looking for Robotics Process Automation Technical Architect (RPA)

In one sentence:

You will advise and build, together with the team, secure and reliable intelligent automation solutions which will automate business processes.

Your daily job will include:
· Act as a leader and mentor for technical teams (RPA Developers) including career development and team coaching;
· Own the Solution Design and Delivery using industry standard frameworks meeting security, scalability, functional and non-functional requirements;
· Advise, configure, size and provision RPA infrastructure to meet functional and non-functional requirements;
· Support the Business Analysts in reviewing risks in the analysis and estimate the solution complexity and required development effort. (Supporting the business case for solutions);
· Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified robotics solutions alongside a Business Analyst and RPA Developers;
· Ensure the source code and documentation management tools and concepts (E.g. Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Kanban, etc) are applied correctly and consistent by the team;
· Discover areas of improvement on code quality, code reusability, development methodologies, and other technical fields and drive them to implementation;
· Perform the role of team leader including mentoring for career development.
· Run assessments on new automation tools / technologies (RPA, OCR, cognitive) and evaluate their applicability in the business environment together with the management team.
· Have good verbal and written technical communication skills in English and Romanian
· Evangelise Robotic Process Automation to technical and non-technical staff

We count on your expertise and we preferring:
· Experience in full development lifecycle including designing, developing, testing and deployment of RPA (Blue Prism, UIPath or other RPA tool) solutions including hands-on development experience. (Dot Net, Java, UIPath, API Restful integration preferred)
· Practical experience integrating RPA solutions with ML, Cognitive/AI, OCR and BI solutions.
· Experience as an Architect in a complex enterprise organisational structure delivering Automation projects and strategies (not necessarily RPA)
· Experience leading and managing technical teams within Agile and DevOps frameworks
· Experience managing source code and backlog as well as documentation
· Experience of implementing attended and unattended RPA
· Experience in collaborating with business teams and SMEs within an automation project
· Client facing experience with strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
· Experience delivering solutions across Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google)
· Strong experience designing and developing Restful API integration across platforms (Cloud , Hybrid and On-Premise)
