Key Responsibilities

- Operating the leasing process, including documentation, invoicing, insurance, etc.;
- Perform lease administration functions such as billing, taxes, insurance follow ups, customer service and debt collection;
- Develop effective relationships with external vendors, suppliers, customs and insurance companies;

Person Specification

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong phone presence and high degree of tact, professionalism, confidentiality and diplomacy;
• university degree preferable in economics, finance or economic law;
• minimum 1/2 years experience in logistics services ;
• strong commitment towards delivering results;
• previous experience in leasing / banking is an advantage ;
• drafting skills in Romanian, English and Russian languages;
• excellent client approach ;
• well organized, nevertheless flexible and available for extra time working hours, problem-solving attitude;
• hard working and creative ;
• strong working knowledge and proficiency in MS Office packet and ability to grasp new software easily;
• Driver’s License B.
