Position Purpose:

Contribute to the growth of Philip Morris market share through leading, motivating and developing the field operations team within the assigned territory.

What We Will Expect You to Do:

• Develop, propose and agree on District development plan aligned with overall Marketing strategy
• Continuously focus and guide the team to achieve optimal PM portfolio visibility at prime display locations
• Set and monitor district-specific, accurate and adequate cycle objectives for the team based on marketing cycle objectives
• Ensure effective teamwork via regular guidance, coaching and professional training
of team members
• Ensure comprehensive understanding and quality execution by the team of trade marketing activities and programs within the district
• Provide input to preparation of assigned overhead budgets
• Follow PM practices and local Legislation

Successful Candidates Should Meet The Following Requirements:

• University graduated: Economics, Business Administration
• Supervisory experience (2 years)
• Good PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian and intermediate in English
• Driving license «В» cat. and driving experience not less than 1 year
