Were looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Chișinău. Our offices in San Francisco, Tokyo, and Chișinău develop the product, design, engineering, marketing and content for Crunchyroll and VRV -- we are media and technology experts, and we lead with our digital-first DNA to create experiences for our passionate communities.

Responsibilities:

- Compile data from a variety of sources (Jira, Confluence, TestRail, Google Docs etc.) to organize, aggregate, and disseminate project status reports for all projects in development company wide
- Work closely with product owners, project managers, engineering managers, QA and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely completion of reports
- Devise methods to automate and otherwise improve reports in order to increase clarity, relevance, and speed of delivery

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience in software project management and reporting
- Ability to deliver detailed, accurate, and high quality software project status reports
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs, Draw.io and related project management and productivity tools
- Proficiency in creating Confluence pages with JIRA macro integrations, graphs, charts, diagrams and various other types of illustrations
- Working knowledge of test case and test management software TestRail & TestRail reports
- Working knowledge in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to organize complex information in a clear, concise, and easy to follow manner
- Willingness to work across different time-zones and to travel internationally
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- A positive, proactive and self-starter attitude
