We are looking for people who:

-Are fluent in English and highly proficient in Russian and Romanian
-Have 2+ years of experience in Marketing/PR
-Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms
-Desire to learn more about IT industry
-Easy to work with, self-motivated
-Great writing skills
-Confident communicator and presenter
-Abilities to organize and hold events

Responsibilities:

-Develop a Marketing/PR communications strategy to increase company’s general and industry profile
-Manage company’s online presence on social media platforms
-Keep track of interesting IT events and attend them as company representative
-Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
-Plan marketing budget and organize events
-Prepare monthly reports on our reach and success of implemented strategies
-Work closely with recruiting and HR teams
