Lawyer

Requirements:

- University degree in Law;
- General knowledge of the Moldovan regulatory framework, administrative and judicial proceedings;
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in corporate law, contract law and commercial law areas, including international transactions. Familiarity with customs law, maritime law, international carriage, transport and forwarding contracts, and previous experience in civil and administrative litigation practice will be regarded as an advantage;
- Written and oral fluency in Romanian, English and Russian, including proficient handling of legal terminology;
- Outstanding analytical and research skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with regulatory bodies;
- Creativity and a high level of organization;
- Relevant experience not less than 3 years.
