I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Head of Asset (Head of Technical Operations & Maintenance).

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure a continuous operational activity of the Filling Stations network through proper maintenance actions;
• Ensure contract stipulation’s execution with the contractors regarding construction / or maintenance activities within the filling stations;
• Apply engineering knowledge and find solutions to specific maintenance and technical problems;
• Responsible for ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards;
• Ensuring all accountable staff adhere to the relevant policies and procedures;
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time;
• Responsible for managing, training & developing people within Asset Department;
• Ensure and implement internal procedures & safety rules;
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

• Educational requirements: University degree;
• Strong technical background;
• Work experience in similar position: at least 5 years;
• Management experience at least 3 years;
• Languages: Romanian, Russian, English - fluent;
• Computer literate;
• Data-driven decision-making;
• Hands-on, practical approach;
• Driving license – B category;
• Multitask handling abilities;
• Availability for travel.
