We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist whose main activity in this position will be the assisting the company’s management in the fulfillment of the legislative norms in labor relations, establishing and developing the activities and procedures in OH&S in order to promote the workplace discipline, which stands for healthy and safe labor practices.

Main responsibility areas:

- Developing and revising the Company’s policies in the field of Labor Health and Safety;
- Preparing reports on the existent problems and proposing improvement measures, proceeding from on-site inspections and visits;
- Collaborating with authorities and consulting the company’s employees; participating in the establishment of control and of the remedy measures for equipment and hazardous or potentially dangerous conditions;
- Preserving the anti-fire equipment in appropriate conditions; participating in the anti-fire certification of buildings and real estate assets of the company; organize regular trainings.

Qualification and Experience:

- University degree in technical field;
- Qualification in this area;
- At least 3 years of experience in health and safety domain;
- International experience in this field would be an advantage;
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English.
- Personal Profile:
- Excellent business communication and problem solving skills;
- Deep knowledge in estimating risks and preventing accidents;
- Good presentation skills;
- High level of attention, correctness and accuracy.
