The Opportunity

PwC is looking for highly motivated Senior Consultants to join our Consulting practice in Bucharest.

What we are looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in Management Consulting or in a role with firmwide exposure in a relevant industry;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as very strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;
• Ability to learn quickly, be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and adapt in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to cope with tight deadlines;
• English proficiency;
• Availability to travel.

The Role

You will be assisting clients in solving a wide range of management problems, which could include:
• Defining or enhancing their strategy;
• Defining and implementing operational improvement projects (corporate transformation, restructuring, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, proces optimisation), generating tangible results;
• Managing complex projects.

Within your role, you will:

• Identify relevant issues through interviews with the client
• Analyse in-depth market and client related data, as well as internal databases of benchmarks best practices;
• Assess, design and help implement the right approaches for the problems to be addressed;
• Interface with the client team as well as with other consultants involved in the project;
• Summarise results, structure recommendations and present them to the client team;
• Help implement recommendations, focusing on clear results for the client.
