I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Accounting Expert.

Main responsibilities:
• Keeping track of the net working capital accounts:
- current receivables;
- cash accounts;
- bad debt provision;
- maturities of receivables;
- posting and analysis of cash and bank accounts.
• Keeping track of filling station, including sales reconciliation;
• Keeping track of storage petroleum: deliveries per each supplier, wholesale per each customer and invoice, technological consumption, manko;
• Keeping track of short-term advance payments received;
• Keeping track of Petrom Card sales, checking of invoices, daily transfer between systems and reconciliation;
• Responsible for monthly closing of Petrom card transactions;
• Open items – preparation, analysis, posting per each customer;
• Daily and monthly reconciliation with intercompanies and external customers and suppliers;
• Preparing necessary data for IFRS reporting, analysis of inventory sourcing;
• Other tasks and reports related to IFRS reporting;
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• educational requirements: University degree (Finance&Accounting);
• experience (min 2-3 years);
• languages: Romanian, Russian, English (mandatory);
• computer literate (high knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, 1C);
• knowledge of IFRS and net working capital;
• ability to meet deadlines;
• open-minded;
• excellent communication skills;
• process analysis and excellent written abilities.
