Chisinau International Preschool (CHIPS) is a small private school in application for authorization as an International Baccalaureate (IB) school. CHIPS is committed to inquiry-based learning and international mindedness. CHIPS offers a thoughtful and stimulating environment, where students aged 3-6 years-old learn through structured play, song, art, and movement. At CHIPS, students develop language, social, emotional, and cognitive skills that lay the foundation for their long-term personal and academic success.

Duties
Teachers are committed to a constructivist, inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning. Lead Teachers are responsible for leading collaborative planning and coordinating daily instruction in their classrooms Teaching Teams. Mentoring teacher team members is part of the job, and the Lead Teacher is responsible for maintaining ongoing documentation on students as part of continuous communication with parents. Teachers also engage in continuing professional development as required for the IB accreditation process.

Qualifications for Lead Teaching Positions
-Degree in Education or Related Field
-Teaching and Planning Experience
-Early Childhood Experience
-Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
-Team Oriented Professionals
-Growth Minded Individuals
-International Experience is a plus
-Work History and References Required
-Native English Speaker is a plus
