We are looking for an experienced Designer whose main activity in this position will be the development and creation of the concept and design for promotional campaigns according to the company needs and standards. Graphic and Web design of files for print and web will be an additional role for this position.

Main responsibility areas:

Creation of advertising concepts to support brand strategies of the company;
Adaptation of concepts for various advertising media;
Creation of concepts and design of graphical video commercials;
Ensure appropriate brand presence during fairs, exhibitions and other public events.

Qualification and Experience:

University degree, Marketing or Communications background;
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Advertising, BTL, Event Organization, expertise in commercial design for FMCG companies will be an advantage;
Advanced knowledge of graphic package: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Corel Draw, 3D;
Good knowledge of web design and design for print: CMYK, RGB, DPI.
Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English.

Good understanding of marketing conditions and customer needs;
Perfect command of computer designer programs;
Strongly result-oriented, creative, responsible, with good communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsible, organized, able to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
