We are looking for a Programmer Analyst whose main role will consist in maintaining and supporting of production billing systems and applications functionality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To support the Billing Support Systems operations and processes;
To add the new applications to the existing products;
Troubleshooting related to subscribers’ services.

Competence and Education:

University degree in Computer Science;
English - technical level.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in IT environment;
Knowledge of ORACLE technologies (RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL);
XML, PHP, Java, UNIX shell scripting experience would be a plus.

Personal Qualities:

Good interpersonal skills;
Customer oriented;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fast learner, flexible, hardworking and dynamic person;
Good communication skills in Romanian and Russian, English - technical level.

This position is focused on local people of Moldova.
