Responsabilitatea fundamentală pentru acest post constă în asigurarea asistenţei şi suportului necesar în soluţionarea problemelor clienţilor companiei, ce ţin de serviciile şi produsele Moldcell.

Responsabilităţi de bază:
• de a răspunde prompt la solicitările clienţilor
• de a promova şi vinde produsele şi serviciile companiei clienţilor existenţi şi potenţiali
• de a oferi informaţia necesară, referitoare la produsele şi serviciile companiei
• de a identifica, cerceta şi a veni cu soluţii ca răspuns la solicitările clienţilor, prin utilizarea softului special

Studii şi competenţe necesare:
• Studii superioare
• Comunicare fluentă în limbile română şi rusă, cunoaşterea limbii engleze ar fi un avantaj

Experienţă şi aptitudini necesare:
• Cunoaşterea calculatorului şi abilitatea de a însuşi uşor programele specializate de deservire a clienţilor
• Orientarea spre client este esenţială
• Abilităţi excelente de comunicare şi negociere
• Flexibilitatea de a lucra după un orar instabil, inclusiv serile şi în weekend
