Customer Relations Representative

We are looking for a Customer Relations Representative that will be responsible for answering customers\' questions, and assisting customers in solving problems with company products or services.

Main responsibilities:
• Respond to customer requests over the phone;
• Provide customers with product & service information;
• Identify, research and provide solutions for customer issues using the related computer system.

Competence and Education:
• University graduated;
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian and English.

Experience and knowledge required:
• Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications;
• Client orientation is essential, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This position is focused on local people of Moldova.
