AmCham is hosting a roundtable with the topic: „The Consolidation of the Cooperation between ANOFM and the business community”

The Swedish Public Employment Service, responsible for the coordination and implementation of the „Consolidation of the migration management capacities in RM” project, funded  by the EU, in collaboration with the beneficiary, the National Agency for Employment (referred to as ANOFM), launched the initiative for The Consolidation of the Cooperation between ANOFM and the business environment.

A specialized service for the work with employers was created within ANOFM as a result of the collaboration with the project.

In this context,  the Swedish Public Employment Service along with ANOFM,  invite the HR committee members for a dialogue, in order to familiarize the business environment with the new opportunities and services available for employers,  such as the concept of „Key Account„ and the service for the intensification of the cooperation with employers.

Furthermore, we would like to outline the main areas enclosed in the Project:

·         Organizing electronic job fairs

·         Validating formal and non-formal studies

·         Improving the Classification of Occupations

·         Vocational education and training

·         Social and economic reintegration of returning people
