Comitetul Healthcare al AmCham continuă să colaboreze cu autoritățile pentru promovarea ambițiosului proiect de lege privind medicamentele, care transpune Directiva UE 2001/83 / CE privind codul comunitar privind medicamentele de uz uman. În ultimele săptămâni, un nou val de recomandări tehnice propuse de AmCham au fost incluse în proiectul de lege și documentul a trecut grupul de lucru al Comisiei de Stat pentru reglementarea activității de întreprinzător, continuându-și calea spre aprobarea guvernului.

Draft Law on Medicines is Being Further Promoted

The AmCham Healthcare Committee continues to work with authorities on promoting the ambitious draft Law on medicines, which transposes the EU Directive 2001/83/CE on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use. In the past weeks, a new wave of technical recommendations put forward by AmCham were included in the draft law and the document has passed the Working group of the State Commission for Regulation of Entrepreneurial Activity, continuing its way to government approval.
