On the 13th of February, AmCham participated at the Advisory Committee of the Customs Service.
At the meeting, AmCham and the Customs Service publicly announced the initiation of two important projects:
1. Regulation of customs terminals – to ensure financial predictability and decision-making transparency.
2. E-Commerce facilitation – to increase Moldova’s chances in being competitive on the international market by developing online shops and electronic export by applying simplified export procedures.
A set of action items were set up in order to accomplish the established objectives.
