Meeting with the Ministry of Environment and Apa-Canal Chisinau
This week, AmCham participated in a meeting conducted by the Ministry of Environment representatives regarding the legal framework on wastewater evacuation and treatment. The operator of the public sewage service, Apa-Canal Chisinau, was also engaged in the discussion on new methodology for calculating fees.
As a result, all parties have agreed that a Working Group shall be instituted, having the task to perform a systemic analysis of legislation in the area and to elaborate necessary amendments.
