Highlights from the 2025 AmCham Annual General Assembly & Board Election Results

AmCham Moldova held its traditional Annual General Assembly – a cornerstone event for our community, bringing together members to reflect on the past year, set the course for the future, and exercise their voting rights in shaping the organization’s leadership and governance.

During the Assembly, members received and reviewed the AmCham Activity Report, presented by Alexandru Gozun and Mila Malairau, highlighting AmCham’s achievements in 2024 and outlining strategic priorities moving forward.

We also thank all members for actively participating in the governance of the organization by voting on two important matters:

Amendments to the AmCham Bylaws, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and transparency;
Election of the new Board of Directors for the 2025–2027 mandate.

We are proud to announce and celebrate the newly elected Board of Directors, each bringing valuable expertise and vision to guide AmCham’s work over the next two years.

A special congratulations goes to Alexandru Gozun, who has been re-elected as AmCham President, reaffirming the community’s strong trust in his leadership.
