AmCham Members in Constructive Dialogue with ANSA to Optimize the Import Process and Compliance

AmCham Moldova organized a working meeting with representatives of the National Food Safety Agency (ANSA) on the platform of Working Group 1, "Eliminating Constraints in Entrepreneurial Activity," under the Economic Council to the Prime Minister.

The main objective of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation between economic operators and the authority while identifying effective solutions to optimize the import and market placement process of food products in the Republic of Moldova. Discussions focused on clarifying applicable requirements and procedures, facilitating business compliance, and improving predictability in the relationship with the regulatory authority.

During the meeting, ANSA representatives highlighted recent regulatory updates and medium- to long-term initiatives. Additionally, several topics of interest to AmCham members were discussed and clarified.
