AmCham finalized the second edition of the training course on the modernized Civil Code.
The course ran seven weeks and was intended to provide a platform for training, communication, and exchange of views between professionals from all areas of the national economy on the most critical private law issues.
The course was held by Octavian Cazac and Vladimir Palamarciuc, partners at Turcan Cazac Law Firm, and was organized under the auspices of AmCham's legal committee.
Part of the funds collected from the participating member companies was directed by one of the trainers toward sponsoring the Moldova State University Vis Moot Team.
Moldova State University Vis Moot Team already pleaded in Prague and Munich with the teams of the universities of Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Middle Temple (UK), St. Gallen, Freiburg, Mannheim & Münster, Zagreb, Maribor, Istanbul, and Munich.
