AmCham a prezentat aviz asupra proiectului noii legi privind taxa de stat

Asociația apreciază eforturile autorităților publice de îmbunătățire a actului de justiție și înțelege care sunt scopurile urmărite, mai ales având în vedere direcția strategică a asociației legată de promovarea mijloacelor alternative de soluționare a litigiilor.

Asociația totuși consideră că inițiativa nu conține argumentări bazate pe dovezi, date și estimări care ar fundamenta cuantumul noilor taxe de stat propuse.

Mediul de afaceri mai consideră că taxele noi introduse și majorarea mărimii celor existente ar putea afecta drepturile și garanțiilor participanților la proces.

AmCham optează pentru intervenții echilibrate și crede că proiectul de lege necesită a fi substanțial îmbunătățit.

The association appreciates the efforts of the public authorities to improve the judicial act and is aware of the goals pursued, especially considering the association's strategic direction related to the promotion of alternative means of dispute resolution.

However, the association believes the initiative needs to contain arguments based on evidence, data and estimates that would substantiate the amount of the proposed new state taxes.

The business community also believes that the new fees introduced and the increase in the size of the existing ones could affect the rights and guarantees of the participants in the process.

AmCham opts for balanced interventions and considers that the bill needs to be substantially improved.
