AmCham Moldova is announcing a call for consultancy services offered by legal entities to elaborate three web manuals for the Ecommerce4All.EU platform - a resource and information center on key e-commerce aspects for all CEFTA markets (North Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo*, Montenegro, and Moldova). The web platform consists of relevant e-commerce data and resources, including primary e-commerce data, interactive graphs, CEFTA e-commerce market development data, and data on critical aspects of doing business in e-commerce. The platform is supported by the Open Regional Fund for South–East Europe – Foreign Trade project, implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
The manuals should be elaborated in Romanian, with a minimum of 2500 words (around five pages each) on the following topics:
(1) How to set up an e-shop in steps?
(2) Consumer protection
(3) Checklist - what every e-shop needs to have?
The offers should include the information the verdant would cover in the indicated manuals.
The budget for the consultancy services is 1200 EUR (incl. VAT).
Offers should be sent to Veronica Sireteanu at veronicasireteanu@amcham.md.
