On November 24, AmCham Moldova held the 6th edition of the AmCham Human Resources Management Conference, "Leading Organizations & People in a Changing World”. This year’s conference welcomed 15 speakers from across the region. The event covered various hot topics for HR, with talks focusing on global HR trends & transformation, enterprise agility, innovation, the future of work, cybersecurity, health & well-being, and much more.

The event facilitated vital knowledge exchange, personal development, and best practices sharing with professionals from around the region. This empowered participants to be equipped for leadership in the ever-changing HR field and utilize the upcoming HR trends and advancements in 2023 to enhance business value and get the most out of employees.
