Working Group on the Code of Ethics for Medicine Promotion
At AmCham’s initiative, the Ministry of Health created a Working Group on the elaboration of Code of Ethics for Medicine Promotion. The first meeting of the group took place on May 21st and the first draft of the Code was forwarded to members and all interested parties for discussions. The Code of Ethics transposes in local legislation the European Union standards on medicine promotion and ethics. Please see the Code here.
