Regulamentul privind confirmarea statutului de producator eligibil

În contextul aprobării actelor secundare privind promovarea energiei din surse regenerabile, AmCham Moldova a prezentat comentariile și propunerile sale în vederea îmbunătățirii proiectului Regulamentului privind confirmarea statutului de producator eligibil. În speță, ne referim la îmbunătățirea procedurilor, cerințelor transparente și nediscriminatorii ce se aplică la confirmarea și retragerea statutului de producător eligibil.

Regulation on the Confirmation of Eligible Producer Status

In the context of the approval of the secondary acts on the promotion of energy from renewable sources, AmCham Moldova presented its comments and proposals to improve the draft Regulation on the confirmation of Eligible Producer Status. The position paper presents arguments for changes in order to improve procedures, increase the level of transparency and non-discriminatory requirements that apply to the confirmation or withdrawal of eligible producer status.
