Responsibilities
- Design and modification of the production process plan
- Configuration and modification of process parameters for harness production equipment
- Creating work instructions and safety rules for equipment in use
- Designing and improving tools and equipment for harness production
- Preparing documentation for purchasing tools and necesary equipment for harness production
- Creation and standardization of the work area for operators
- Participation in preliminary tests in production

Candidate’s Profile

- Experience in harness production is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or similar programs
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English language
- Professional/ technical studies
- Advanced command of MS Office package
- Flexibility and responsibility
- Team spirit
- Organizational skills
