Job purpose: Developing and executing plan to achieve cash sales targets and expand our customer base in the branches, cash partners and cash agents.
Key qualification:
-Good Sales experience (at least 3-5 years);
-Company with well know Name, that performs best in its market (Top 2) for last 3 years;
-Market segment - Services (it is closer to our specific);
-Company segment customers - B2B. Has capacity and negotianing skills to meet businesses;
-Management capabilities and experience - at least managed Team of at least 5-10 people for at least 1 year.
Job Duties:
-Owning and achieving/exceeding annual cash sales targets for all branches of Iutecredit our Cash Partners and from our Cash Agents*;
-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions: projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products for branches;
-Propose and monitor with marketing team, marketing campaigns and materials related to cash products for branches, cash partners and cash agents;
-Guides Branch Managers in developing business in the respective city and support in defining local marketing plans and other strategies to achieve target;
-Plans and monitors daily activity of branches related to cash sales targets and performance;
-Visits Branches, cash partners and cash agents regularly to observe the business and collect feedback to continually improve results;
-Develops After Sale for cash products for use of all cash channels (branch, cash partners and cash agents);
-Develops system, strategy and monitor the implementation of referral customers and referral partners Makes sure that every branch is properly using referrals system to get more new customers;
-Makes regularly competition monitoring for cash loans and gives feedback;
-Makes approval rate and rejection analysis monthly proposing changes in needed.

The MFO Iute Credit began its activities on the financial services market of the Republic of Moldova in August 2008. It has been growing ever since, and as of 2012 has achieved third place in portfolio volume on Moldovan MFO market. Its 100% shareholder is Estonian joint stock company Iute Credit Europe. At the moment, the company has a main office in Chisinau and branch offices in Balti, Comrat and Cahul as well as a large number of partners in retail lending. People can buy and take our credit directly in the shops. We foresee the opening of branch offices in other towns – but only to facilitate the access of clients and partners. Actually, our work procedure is built around modern IT solutions and modern thinking, which allow cutting costs and skipping traditional working methods of Moldovan banking and MFO sector.
