Main Responsibilities:
- Development and execution of annual business plan;
- PFME and TTS budget management;
- Key account management in Moldova;
- Distributor management in Moldova and Transdnistria;
- Development of the assortment and related pricing strategy in cooperation and with agreement of NPP UA marketing teams;
- Support of distributor’s Sales Representative team: motivating, training and coaching, developing and proposing business objectives
- Co-operation with NPP Ukraine marketing team regarding adaptation of advertising materials, development of POS and training materials

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Complete higher education
- Experience of work in the area of sales management > 3 years
- Methods of demand forecasting and modeling, methods of formation of competitive assortment of products, methods of calculation of optimum sales volumes;
- Procedure of pricing, development of price strategy;
- Methods and channels of the product advertising
- Communicability
- High level of PC skills
- Good analytical skills
- Driving license
