Main Responsibilities:
- Control work of distributors (sell out, coverage, MML, service level to customers, minimum OOS, full adherence to Nestle principals and procedures)
- Participation in setting Trade terms and Conditions to distributors according to Nestle Business Principles
- Organize effective work of Nestle sales team in Moldova
- Plan and implement agreed promotional activities in line with TTS budgets. Actively manage TTS budgets to maximize our promotional activity and plan fulfillment
- Analyze results of promo activities and provide feedback
- Maintain long term oriented profitable relations with all key accounts in the country
- Ensure regular data exchange and organize appropriate reporting
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Higher education, theory and practice of Sales and Marketing
- Experience in FMCG sales > 3 years
- Managerial experience
- Knowledge of Trade Operations (Wholesale and Retail), knowledge of trade and consumers promotional activities
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (preferable), Romanian and Russian
- PC skills
- Valid driver’s licence
